If my size is on the border, what size should I select?"

If your waist size is on the border or between sizes on our chart, we always recommend sizing up. If you are unsure,do take a look at the sizing charts before placing your order.
Where is my order?

Log into *My Account* to check the shipping status. Once the order ships, you will receive an email confirmation which will contain a tracking number. For any questions or concerns regarding your order, please feel free to contact us.
How do i change my shipping address?

To change your address, the following steps: Log in to the Nyugi Online Store Go to My Account Click ‘Saved Addresses’ Enter your address details Click Save
Can I place a future order on a sold out piece ?

As we work wiht small quantities and are amde to order, once a style is out of stock, it will never be made again.
Can I cancel my Order ?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as al orders are customized with a front pocket and made to order.
